Our warehouse uses pallets to transport our orders to the courier to make sure they are dispatched on time. Due to the shortage, they are currently experiencing challenges in having enough pallets to transport all the orders. They are actively working on solutions on a daily basis, however, they may at times experience delays in getting orders to the courier in a timely manner.
Australia Post Delays - Unfortunately, due to record parcel volumes plus the ongoing pandemic, Australia Post is experiencing ongoing delays. Some orders are delivered on time and others seem to be taking much longer. We do apologise if your order takes much longer than expected but do thank you for your understanding in this matter.
