Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Sometimes - yes! However, we can't guarantee this is possible due to our speedy warehouse!
If you contact us before the warehouse has processed your order, we'll be able to cancel it and make any changes.
Please contact us via chat or email us with "Order change or cancel" in the subject line of your email to help us prioritize your request.
What if my order has already been processed and shipped?
If we are unable to catch your order before it's processed by the warehouse, you have two options:
Option 1 - Place another order straight away: The quickest way to get the correct size or colour is to place another order right away. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect order to us for a refund on your original order. Please contact us to let us know so that we can arrange a free return for you.
Option 2 - Wait for the delivery and use our online returns portal for a free exchange. If you'd like a refund, please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
How do I use the online returns portal?
To use our online returns portal, you will need your order number (12345-AU) and the exact email used to place the order. You can then initiate an exchange or refund through the portal.
