  1. Identify the request

    • Check if the customer mentions affiliate program specifically.

    • Check for keywords: influencer, UGC, content creator.

  2. Handle standard affiliate inquiries

    • IF the customer only asks about an affiliate program:

      • Respond: “At the moment we do not. Please reach out to our team for some more info as it is coming!”

      • Provide the appropriate contact method for the team (email, contact form, or support link).

  3. Handle influencer / UGC / content creator inquiries

    • IF the customer mentions influencer, UGC, or content creator:

      • AI Agent should acknowledge the request and transfer the ticket to a human agent for further assistance.

  4. Ticket notes

    • Document the customer’s mention of influencer, UGC, or content creator so the agent has context.

    • Note that the standard affiliate program response was provided if applicable.

This ensures that simple affiliate inquiries are answered automatically, while more complex content creator requests are escalated.
