What are the conditions for exchanging my order?

• Your order must have been placed on our official online store (www.archiesfootwear.com.au)
• It's within 60 days of the delivery of your order
• Exchanges are 100% free for new and used condition
• Returns for store credit are 100% free no matter the condition

How can I exchange my order?

To return your order for an exchange, follow these steps:

Step 1: Get your order number (12345-AU) and the email used to place the order.

Step 2: Complete our returns form: archiesfootwear.com.au/apps/returns

Step 3: Print out the label and attach it to your parcel. Drop it off at your nearest post office within 28 days. As soon as the label is scanned, your new order will be created and shipped as soon as possible.
