Archies Footwear Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Archies Footwear, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our returns policy makes exchanges and refunds easy and hassle-free. Please carefully review the guidelines below, as they vary slightly by product range.

EVA Range — Arch Support Thongs, Arch Support Slides and Insole Products

60-Day Comfort Guarantee

We offer a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee exclusively for our EVA range (Arch Support Thongs and Arch Support Slides) and Insoles range.

You can wear your EVA products and Insoles for up to 60 days.

If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a product refund (less return postage), no matter the condition.

Exchanges are free within the 60-day period.

Retail Purchases

The 60-Day Comfort Guarantee applies to purchases made through our official online store only.

Retailers are independent and have their own return policies.

If a retailer cannot assist, you may be eligible for store credit through our 60-day exchange period.

Arch Support Wool Slippers — Single Band Slides

30-Day Return Period (Note: No Comfort Guarantee)

For hygiene reasons, our Wool Slippers are not covered by the Comfort Guarantee, but they can still be returned within 30 days if they meet the following return conditions:

Return Conditions

The Wool Slippers must be unworn and only be tried on indoors for the purpose of checking size and fit — on a clean surface, without any visible wear or compression to the wool footbed.

All original tags must be attached (size tag, swing tag, and any other tags included at purchase).

Must be returned in original box and packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Product refunds available (return postage cost deducted).

Customers are required to pay return postage for refunds only.

5–6 pairs: $18.00

How to Return or Exchange
